B & M Coaching and Consulting LLC was founded in 2021 by Angelique Carbo.
Angelique is an accomplished human capital expert with 30+ years of Human Resources, Coaching and Talent Development Experience. She has advised and coached business professionals throughout her career including over 50 CEOs and C-suite executives. She started her career as a tax accountant and has held positions in sales, finance, and consulting. These experiences plus her C-suite roles have given her a strong business framework for all human capital work.
Angelique began her career in large organizations including Arthur Andersen, Eli Lilly, GE, and Merck as well at smaller companies including Emerald. She has been CHRO at ABM Industries (facilities management), Selective Insurance (property and casualty) and Emerald (live media events and publishing).
She is a certified coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and has Associate Certified Coach certification (ACC) from the International Federation of Coaching (ICF). She will complete Georgetown University’s OD, Consulting and Change Leadership Executive Certificate Program in October 2023. She has a BS in Accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Industrial Relations from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
